With a Mast antenna - AM-D120-HA135-RA - the product meets MIL- standards, has a payload of 30Kg, a mast lifting time of fewer than 5 minutes, and can be performed with a Control box or hand-held controller. The product also includes an Emergency Button and an automatic stop system. Furthermore, the product MJ-05M06G03A-NF - one of the most popular today - is 1.5kg light, has high features, and is simple to install, with frequency levels ranging from 500MHz to 6GHz, 3DBi. Not only that, but for many years we have been a supplier of FT-7500 - Marine antenna for the region.

    若5月1日出勤,屬於例假日:原則上雇主不得要求員工出勤,除非天災、事項或突發事宜,可按勞基法第40條請求員工上班,但須加發1日之工資,也就是36,000​​÷30=1,200元,還得過後補假。

  • 若4月30日出勤,屬於歇息日:雇主應於原月薪以外,以時薪較量爭論支付加班費,公式為:150元×2小時×4/3+150元×6小時×5/3=1,900元。

    • 根據勞動基準法第39條,若雇主在本年勞動節連假第一天(4月30日)、勞動節(5月1日)或勞動節補假(5月2日)當天徵得員工贊成出勤,工資需要加倍發給,計較公式依假別辨別。舉月薪36,000元(換算時薪為36,000元÷30日÷8小時=150元)、固定周一到周五上班的勞工出勤8小時為例:

      但也有些職業因工作性質不適用勞基法,而是以其他法令規範。像是醫事人員適用醫事人員人事條例,軍公教也有各自專屬法令,出勤、放假規範有所不同,勞動節當天不見得能夠放假。

      勞動基準法第2條明定,勞工是指「受雇主僱用從事工作獲致工資者」,也就是說只要在勞基律例範下的受雇者,都能在勞動節當天依法放假。

      勞動節誰可以放假?
